Alex Viecco comes to you with 24 years of Financial Services Experience, including 12 years of banking
management where he managed a leading bank in the San Fernando Valley. He then continued his financial career
by working with a

division of Citi Group as a Financial Consultant where he consistently led in sales and received countless
awards. During his 5 year tenure he managed, supervised, and trained dozens of representatives into successful
positions. He now is the Co-Founder and Vice President of
New Era Debt Solutions which he runs alongside
his friend and business partner Dan Smith of Camarillo. As a Debt expert, over the last 8 years Alex has been
featured in Broker Banker Magazine and has been a guest on
countless radio shows in the country. Alex currently holds a Life and Disability Insurance License with the
state of California and is also licensed in Real Estate. His fluency in both Spanish and English has been of
great value to his diversified client base. His passion for helping consumers is un-mistakable.

James has always maintained a strong interest in helping people. As assignment editor of his college paper, he helped expose theft with an emergency student loan fund. That lead San Diego’s CalPIRG to seek him out to become editor, researcher and investigator for their monthly consumer paper. Later, James became a Crisis Intervention Counselor, while studying all forms of human communications.
After moving to Ventura County in the 80’s, James was nominated for an Emmy as producer for the “Doctor On Call” weekly TV show and later earned an APTRA award as part of the radio team covering the local Alaskan Airlines plane crash. Since then, James has picked up three national and 15 international awards for radio shows.
Realizing the overwhelming need, James sought out a way to educate and help people trapped by circumstance with debt situations. After intensive experience in the debt industry, James has become a Debt Specialist for Debt and Credit Advisors, a free resource-referral center.
